This is the owner’s workspace — a record of commitments and evidence the owner set for their broker relationship. It is not a PRH brokerage, not placement, and not a grade of the incumbent. The owner evaluates performance. Broker access is not ownership of the record: the owner controls data and permissions, and the history stays if the broker changes.
