If the record is incomplete
The next program year is assembled from last year’s schedule. Values and entities that moved are easy to miss.
Lender and investor conditions live in email. At permanent conversion, open items are hard to prove.
Commitments exist in conversation. When the relationship is reviewed, the record cannot show what was submitted or when.
The deal closed. The policy file still names the prior entity. The workspace is where that gap would have been visible.

You retain the rights you have in Customer Content. PRH does not claim ownership of your identifiable book. You can export the recorded book as a JSON portability file from Reports & Deliverables.
